6. Intellectual Property
All templates, reports, dashboards, and tools developed by Global Scale Accountants remain our intellectual property unless otherwise transferred in writing. Clients receive usage rights for internal business purposes only and may not copy, resell, or redistribute without our consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving filings, reports, and returns before final submission.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, timely data to ensure effective service delivery. Delays or inaccuracies in data sharing may affect outcomes and compliance. Clients are also responsible for responding to queries, document requests, and government notices within stipulated timeframes.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with prior written notice. All dues must be cleared before termination is finalized. On termination, we will return or delete all client data upon request, subject to applicable laws and internal archival policies.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
